Gemma Collis-McCann → Gemma Collis – The subject officially competes and is recognized solely under her maiden name, Gemma Collis. Her hyphenated married name is obsolete in contemporary athletic tracking. Her most recent career milestones, selection cycles, and podium finishes are explicitly branded under "Gemma Collis" by all national and international sports governing bodies. Moving the page to "Gemma Collis" satisfies Wikipedia's Common Name policy (WP:COMMONNAME).

Support - To add further weight to this move under WP:COMMONNAME, major independent secondary media overwhelmingly uses "Gemma Collis". For example, BBC Sport explicitly uses the non-hyphenated name in her video profile: "Wheelchair fencer Collis' journey to world number one". Furthermore, BBC Radio 5 Live interviews her using her common name, as heard here: Paralympian Gemma Collis on her love for Cool Runnings.
