This page makes sense, since the millions of instances of use of the phrase "gear case," including, but not limited to, industrial machinery gearboxes, heavy equipment gear boxes, and automobiles, probably are derived from this usage. --Mlprater (talk) 23:36, 11 November 2009 (UTC)
