This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... this is an important contemporary artist photographer who documents and examines the nomadic tribes of Rajasthan and Indian communities in the United States. I have added in depth reviews from NYTimes and other credible sources like books. Please don't delete this important female artist.

I removed two tags that were attached to this page in 2017; while there were some discussions of this at the time, there appears to have been no resolution 8 years later in 2024. (tags added in 2017, removed in 2024). The artist in question has multiple notable references in major publications (the Guardian, the New York Times, significant art publications from around the world, has won major art world prizes in Canada and the UK, and has shown at some of the world's most significant art shows like Documenta, as well as the most significant museums in the world such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in the UK.
