- What I think should be changed: Please delete the last sentence of the second paragraph under "Research"
- Why it should be changed: I was the victim of a financial scam directed at academics and this sentence was added without my approval, and now the company is refusing to respond, and I am exploring options with lawyers at Emory University. I heard from Wikipedia volunteer editor Geoffrey Lane, who was very helpful. I'd like to be able to edit my own page.

Not done The last sentence of the second paragraph is However, reviewer Carole Haber observed that, despite its strong discussions, the book suffers at times from limited scope and lack of clarity, while Sara Knox observed its narrower focus on Northern, white Protestant middle classes despite its ambitious title.
- But that doesn't suggest that there is any scam. Exactly which sentence would you liked removed? ◦ Sibshops (talk) 16:05, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
- Well the arrangement was that I would approve what was posted. This was not in the final draft that I approved and this individual is not responding to me nor is the company. I hope I can have some degree of input in what is in a page about me--at least while I'm alive. ~2026-20969-05 (talk) 13:38, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hello. Just checking back on this. I'm trying to figure out what to do in discussions with Emory University lawyers here. Can we just remove it and start over? I should not have sought out arrangement with this "company." ~2026-20969-05 (talk) 12:27, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
