Massive Deal
[edit]“…with only a few per cent of that mass visible…” Change “per cent” to “percent” ~2025-39058-84 (talk) 02:49, 9 December 2025 (UTC)
I don't know nothing about astronomy
[edit]I do, however, know about good writing, editorial structure, and readability. This is an unusually clear and pleasantly written article on a technical subject. I can only imagine the thousand manhours that must have gone into bringing it to this point. Bravo to everyone involved. Lovely work. jengod (talk) 01:32, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
Any one else notice the baby globe?
[edit]Might I ask how does it appear? Only on FAs or specific articles? (Zakk😎) 16:32, 2 March 2026 (UTC)

- When you have it enabled and view todays FA (Galaxy) the baby globe appears. Might I ask if you know are there specific articles that it shows up? (Zakk😎) 16:35, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
- I don't know. I see an animated globe for the TFA, and a different for Deaths in 2026. I don't see anything in the code of the two articles. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:43, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
- I guess this is site wide, it is a WP 25th feature loaded in to "vector-sitenotice-container"

- Seems like ought to be linked to an explanatory page. Johnjbarton (talk) 04:30, 3 March 2026 (UTC)
- For me it causes the article width to shrink and there's no way to eliminate it, so it's a bit of an annoyance. Praemonitus (talk) 15:30, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

Got reverted?
[edit]My good faith edits have been found to be reverted. I never speak British English, Just thought they were mispelled.
Aaceves0075alt (talk) 17:14, 10 March 2026 (UTC)
- It is okay, when you are editing, there is
{{Use British English}}template at the top in the source editing mode, and a little message at the top in visual edit mode. It is typically{{Use British English}}or{{Use American English}}, depending on MOS:TIES, and spellings vary slightly between them. Ajheindel (talk) 18:07, 10 March 2026 (UTC)
- I'm still a relatively new editor, I don't do mass editing or add citations (Until I feel like I'm ready), but thanks, I'll keep an eye out for those
