Use GW instead of GWA

In the community, nobody speaks of "GWA", everyone uses just "GW" or "the GW method" as the main term. I would suggest not using GWA so extensively in this article, but focus on "GW" as the main term, followed by "method" more than "approximation" except where explicitly discussion why this is an approximation.
