Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: There is an interesting topic here, but it does seem rather Australasia-focussed, and adding at least UK references would be helpful. It would also be useful to have a somewhat more critical tone, as it seems a little promotional. For example, some of the role of GP Liason teams from private hospitals seems to be to pitch the services of the local hospitals to GPs, in which case they're acting as marketers.
