I don't really know what to put here, as I'm a new user, but this seemed like the best place to explain my edit other than the edit summary. The German Ministry of Defense decided to purchase the Israeli-made PULS instead, as the GMARS wasn't developed enough. A German official told Defense News that they didn't even have a prototype.
