Funeral doom metal
[edit]Lil Sad Lil Happy, do you have some reliable sources that use the term "Funeral doom metal"? The source you brought here before doesn't comply with the WP:RS guidelines, so there's a need for another one to support the terminology. ABC paulista (talk) 21:39, 5 May 2025 (UTC)
- A lot of the places where I've seen it called such were sites like Metal Archives,, which is obviously not a reliable source and so I didn't use that – when I have a moment I'll dig deeper. I'm fine with the article itself being called simply "funeral doom", but it's mostly when I saw that IP edit you reverted, it caught my eye that nowhere on the page "funeral doom metal" as a name is mentioned, which is not a big deal to me. But I still thought it was worth including somewhere per mos:BOLDALTNAMES - Lil Happy Lil Sad :): 00:56, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
- I reverted because they changed the infobox header, which MOS:INFOBOXNAME advises that shoud have the same title as the article. But the template has a parameter for alternative nomenclatures called "other names", which should be the proper place to accomodate it. Still, there's the issue of the lack of relaible sources using it. ABC paulista (talk) 03:40, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
