Climate data error

The lowest ever recorded temperature for August is showing as 7C, far lower than any other month. This is surely a data error since nothing would explain it and other historical data sources don't show it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ~2026-40658-67 (talk) 10:08, 19 July 2026 (UTC)

Does anyone know if the treaty of frienship from 1979 is online? Answering my own question, this treaty isn't yet digital.
