  • References are formatted wrong. The links shouldn't have <greater than and less than> signs around them. This creates bare URLs which are more prone to linkrot. I would recommend using {{Cite web}} templates.
  • There are large, large numbers of unreferenced sections. Just in the first two sections alone I found several places to put [citation needed] tags, and the rest is equally lacking in sources.
  • The prose is also very choppy. I would suggest taking it to WP:GOCE to clean it up.
