Date of birth

According to Manhattan Certificate of Death number 16491, his name was "Frederick Warde", usual residence was "40 East 54th", mother was "Hall", and his date of birth was "7-29-1894". According to Form 7202 U.S. Veterans Bureau, his name was "Warde Arthur Frederique" and was born "7-29-94". According to his Form I Registration Card (World War I Draft Card), his name was "Arthur F Warde", was born "July 29, 1894" in "Wells, Minn USA" and he was working for "Southern Pacific Co". Military service
