Career Win–Loss

After the 2009 Sony Ericsson Open, Gil's career win-loss stats are 21–16, according to ATP. Yet, I'm having a hard time in summing up these values through dissection of Gil's match history, especially for the period pre-2009. From what I know, one can only count the ATP World Tour event participations (also David Cup?) and exclude qualifying match scores, right? He's been playing in the Davis Cup since 2004, that's why. I've updated the career stats. As you can see his record (atp world tour events and davis cup) is actually 23-18. I checked Gil's activity page on the ATP website and compared it with his Davis Cup profile and realised the ATP lacks four Davis Cup rubbers (2 wins and 2 losses). You're right. They've bypassed the two wins over Cyprus in 2008 and the two 2004 losses to Serbia and Montenegro. Anyway, I realized I actually had forgotten to consider the Davis Cup matches before 2006. Now all adds up! Parutakupiu (talk) 23:10, 6 April 2009 (UTC)

Same thing happens with the doubles stats. The whole Davis Cup records against Serbia and Montenegro in 2004 (2 singles and 1 doubles losses) and Cyprus in 2008 (2 singles and 1 doubles wins) are missing. Secretaria (talk) 16:16, 7 April 2009 (UTC)
