That is not how we categorize in an encyclopedia. "Filmmaker" means director to most people, so you should not be listing that as an occupation for those who are not directors in an encyclopedia. He was an assistant director and production manager. Putting "Filmmaker" as occupation is ambiguous and meaningless for readers.
