History?

the godz and the fugs also. it's not new. i was really surprised reading this article that it's considered a new coinage.
Nu-Folk
[edit]Surely Freak Folk is the same genre as Nu-Folk. Perhaps these articles should be merged.

[edit]Per WP:ALBUM/ABOUT.COM it seems the writer Anthony Carew is allowed to be sourced on Wikipedia for alternative music, but when I try to add an about.com link I'm met with a warning that says the site is blacklisted. Aradicus77 (talk) 06:23, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
