• Oppose. Although Francesco Mario Pagano does get more pageviews, neither article gets a large number. Since the jurist seems to be known by his full name, that serves as WP:NATURAL disambiguation and with only two articles for now, a hatnote seems like all that is necessary to avoid any possible confusion. I've just added one to this article. If an article on the sculptor is written, this might need revisiting. Station1 (talk) 04:31, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
• Support. The fact that the other one has a middle name is neither here nor there. He appears to be more notable than the painter and his name was certainly Francesco Pagano. WP:TWODABS therefore doesn't apply in this case. Create dabpage at basename. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:21, 7 April 2026 (UTC)
• Oppose, on most of the sources for Francesco Mario Pagano it says his full name, so it provides WP:NATURAL disambiguation already and a hatnote would be enough on the jurist's article. The sculptor without an article is obviously irrelevant. Yeshivish613 (talk) 15:36, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
