Company name is now FWD Seagrave

This company is apparently now known as FWD Seagrave. I was going to create an infobox for this company but I'm not sure the entry itself should be under "FWD Seagrave" as opposed to a name that's no longer in use?

We'd usually create redirects from all alternative forms of the name. The canonical article name could be the current name, or it could stay at a "most recognisable" form of the name. I don't like renaming articles at the whim of corporate mergers (the typical reader doesn't care and can be confused by this). However "FWD" would be bad (too opaque as an acronym) and "Four Wheel Drive" has problems of confusion with "Four wheel drive". I wouldn't oppose a move to FWD Seagrave if you think that name at all meets WP:COMMONNAME. Andy Dingley (talk) 10:10, 4 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Having read the WP:COMMONNAME guidelines I do believe FWD Seagrave meets the criteria. In fact I think it's the only recognizable name for this company, given the ambiguity you mentioned. 4wd/fwd/4 wheel drive/4 Wheel Drive are commonly used for generic purposes. And there appears to be ample references to FWD Seagrave.
