Original research

The Treatment section has multiple issues. I've marked the ones I could spot with inline templates. This needs attention from someone with a medical science background. The citations need to be verified, there are several claims that are unclear as to origin. Many of the citations seem partial to chiropractic manipulation, which is contentious and demand a scrutiny to make sure we're citing reliable sources.
