This page has lots of unsourced information and claims made without evidence.
In order to better serve our WP:Readers first, please add in-line citations for the following unreferenced claims:
It comprised a single 4 gun 6" DC battery, Battery Harrison, and mine control structures.
The usual barracks and other support facilities were temporary and built for the duration, excepting a caretaker's quarters.
By World War II, the six-inch DCs were no longer required; the main armament was 37mm AMTB guns.

Goat Island notability
[edit]Should this article and the currently unexisting Goat Island article be separate? There is not much notable about goat island besides the fort, so it may be better to make them the same article. 0101rylie1010 (talk) 03:15, 6 September 2026 (UTC)
