What does this mean?

Hi! I just clarified the wording of this on the page.
To expand upon your question, if you had two containers of equal concentration of formic and acetic acids, the container with formic acid would have more free protons in it, or be more ready or quick to react. Neutralization ability doesn't tend to correlate with acid strength, however. As a simplified example, if you had 100 molecules of some alkali (or base) and 100 molecules of acetic acid, it would neutralize the base equally as well as formic acid, since ability to neutralize is more of a matter of ratio.
