• Something seems off here: a fleet program that according with the theories of the Jeune École, which proposed a fleet based on cruisers and torpedo boats to defend France. I think it should be read something like "a fleet program that, in accordance with the theories of the Jeune École, proposed a fleet based on cruisers and torpedo boats to defend France."

• particularly a result I think you mean "particularly as a result"

Other stuff

• Image tags looks OK
• No dupe links
• Earwig tool doesn't pick up obvious copyvios
