I noticed this article started with a risk matrix which is pretty unusual and against MOS:LEADELEMENTS. The concept is sourced from a single source and poorly introduced. I copied the risk matrix to the section about risk, however I'm not sure if it should stay. Ideally, if it does, it needs an introductory paragraph that properly contextualizes it as a concept from a specific research paper. Any thoughts?
