Deletion explained

I have removed this as this is blatant advertising there are many such devices.

Other devices used by hair restoration physicians to perform FUE procedures include the NeoGraft machine for hair transplantation, a device that is used to both extract follicular units from the donor area and implant them in the recipient area via a suction-based system, and the SAFE system, a motorized device that uses blunt dissection to isolate the follicular units from the surrounding tissue.
