Who invented these?
[edit]my shop teacher said that it was someone who went to the local high school, but I have never been able to find any evidence to prove or disprove it. Zeos386sx (talk) 02:33, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
The 'local high school'? great. Where is that? But after the Miley Cyrus video it was invennted by Steve Chmelar and there are loads of sources occuring Novalia (talk) 10:27, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
