Unfortunately, I don't feel I am qualified to fix this article, but in general this article needs much work. It is very long, formatted weirdly, has huge quotations without blockquote, has weird language and a very non-encyclopedic tone. I would encourage anyone with the time and energy to fix this article as it has a variety of problems. This article is 11k words and is very uncomfortable to read.
