Plagiarism and most is copied?
[edit]Added some cites but quickly realized most was directly copied from https://elearning.uou.ac.in/pluginfile.php/274/mod_resource/content/1/MTTM%20401.pdf (pg 95)
for example, the last paragraph regarding specific numbers and the addition of a teletext sentence were the exact same: the editor most likely made minor grammatical changes.
