Can you provide us with any reason, even just one, why it shouldn't? It may be a stub perhaps even short by stub standards but though short it defines something that both actually exists and has been noted by researchers in the relevant field (ornithology); for long enough (and without challenge) that basic information about it occurs even in secondary sources such as the one cited. Why, pray tell, does this article not deserve to exist on Wikipedia (a free encyclopaedia, the goal of which is ultimately to be a repository of all reliable human knowledge)?
