Questionable return policies at Mills Fleet Farm. Some stores seem to be lacking customer service skills. If you've opened an item they may not offer a full refund. They tell may tell you its used. If you have used an item and you do not like it,they might offer an exchange or a credit. They sometimes take off money because you've tried it. This is with a reciept of course.
