Formatting corrections...

General things fixed:

• When referring to the magazine, it is proper to reference the magazine's title, not the story's. ie "the magazine's cover" or "The magazine sold for..."

• The full title of the comic is The Flash, and should be italicized.

• The full title of the story includes the exclamation point, and should be in quotes, not italicized.

• Standardized the comic book cite format -- Title #issue (cover date)
