[edit]This article shouldn't exist. Either it needs to be included in the long-term liability page, or it should be expanded. If not it should just be deleted. Craighank (talk) 04:54, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
Hi it is me again,
I just wanted to mention that I added a definition and a citation that way the article is as lame. It still needs changed, but at least it isn't as bad. The grammer in the section I added was probably really bad. Craighank (talk) 05:19, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
