Will add some citations to the horseradish addition. The Door County Advocate from the "early years" described some of the fish boil events with these details. This practice may have been discontinued once the fish boil became commercial. The Settlement Cookbook (1903) has a version of the "boiled fish" dinner with horseradish as well; however, I need to find a better online version of it to link.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.168.79.82 (talk) 10:38, 24 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
