NPOV

[edit]

Seems to me, this article was created by someone from FF.

I strongly agree that this article is colored. -- Pverhaeg 09:56, 18 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

It looks like the whole article was copy-pasted from the FF site. Biblbroks 11:35, 12 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

I've removed the NPOV template, while promotional it is informative, please use {{POV-statement}} for sentences, then detail issues here. This will help address them in a timely manner. - RoyBoy 06:28, 2 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Just the facts

[edit]

I have been involved with Foundation Fieldbus from competing company's. It is the best of the process control digital buses in use at this time for the following reason's. Real Distributed Control; Profibus PA does not have this. Hart is not a full digital buss and can not do it ether. Foundation Fieldbus can push Events to a Host. None of the others can. From the physical side Foundation Fieldbus is intrinsically safe. This differentiates it from a lot of the Factory Automation protocols. Foundation Fieldbus also supports control in the field (CIF) which none of the others support.
