Cys-S is not cysteinyl

[edit]

For the structural artists: Cys-S would be some sort of perthiolate or something else, such as is invoked for rhodanese. Cys = the cysteinyl residue (including the S), not the cysteinyl residue less the sulfur. Or maybe I am misunderstanding some sort of convention, which is possible. --Smokefoot (talk) 19:49, 23 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fe4/S4 Cluster

[edit]

As far as I know, in Ferredoxin Clostridien pasteurianum has two Fe4/S4 Cluster and not Fe2/S2 - Cluster. The Fe4/S4-Cluster is also called "Clostridien-Type" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.53.195.244 (talk) 14:42, 7 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
