Merger
[edit]There is a lot of content in the Fly fast break article, but I am not sure it should be a separate article. Thus, I am opening a discussion to achieve consensus.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 22:58, 12 January 2013 (UTC)
- Support Per WP:AVOIDSPLIT, main articles should be developed first until they get too large, and then notable subtopics can be split. Fly fast break seems small and easily merged, and will also add some needed content to Fast break.—Bagumba (talk) 23:24, 12 January 2013 (UTC)

The merger is not a success. The "Fly Fast Break" article seems to have swallowed the "Fast Break" article, which material is inadequately covered here. The latter may never have been more than a nub (I don't yet know, though I will look) but I came here looking for info on the influence of Auerbach/Cousey on the NBA pre-Russell (it WAS widely influential) and this misnamed article is a dry hole.
