"The game's vehicle is a hybrid between a land and sea vehicle"

[edit]

Nah, it's not, that's why it's always on a boat when traveling on water. It's a land vehicle with a sail. Best regards, IP 77.180.226.191 (talk) 01:43, 25 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Far or FAR

[edit]

@Zxcvbnm: I see you moved the page from FAR: to Far:. While I can see the ambiguity, and some sources use one or the other, the official Steam store page uses FAR, as do sites like Metacritic. I think it should remain FAR, but happy to discuss. Sam Walton (talk) 18:03, 21 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

We ignore all caps variations unless it is known to be an initialism or similar eg as with F.E.A.R.. I can't find anything that "FAR" stands for anything specific, so the move is correct. --Masem (t) 18:20, 21 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
As Masem states, the Manual of Style says that you should only put titles in caps when they stand for something. (Such as F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch.) ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ () 00:36, 22 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for explaining. I find that a bit odd, but don't much have the energy for arguing with the MOS :) Sam Walton (talk) 12:14, 23 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
