I am aware that the DOI has still not been activated, at time of writing at least. However, the full article can still be accessed at the Acta Paleontologica Polonica website, and it even lists the publication date as today. As the information is fully out there and the paper has been published, I think it should be okay to make this article. However, in the event that it is decided we should wait for the DOI to be activated, I will happily have the article deleted and re-published when the DOI is activated. @Radiodont2011 this is not that related but do you think we can use the images in the paper, I can get them form the researchgate version and the site the DOI links to says the paper is CC BY 4.0 not sure if that applies to the images though.
