I deleted the provided external links, as they were all broken (and labelled as such). As the article not only has no citations, but lists no functional links, I changed the "no footnotes" template to "unreferenced". Also, though I only did a quick google search, I did not see any obvious sources for information about this article (except the organization's own twitter account). Is the multiple issues template a waste of time, and should deletion be proposed? I'm not a very experienced Wikipedian, so I don't feel qualified to make that call.
