Renaming this article to FMS-Standard. The current title, "Fleet Management Systems Interface (FMS)", is misleading or inaccurate as it suggests a broad topic, when the article is exclusively about the specific technical data standard. This makes the title overprecise for its actual content.
Creating a new article at the now-vacant title of Fleet management system. This new article will properly cover the broader software category as a whole.
