Page text taken directly from FIFA PDF?

I'm new to Wikipedia, so I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but a lot of text in this page seems to be copied directly from this pdf, and many of the typos in the article are probably a result of incorrect text processing. Should this text be removed? (Also, I'm sorry if I'm using the talk page wrong- if so, please let me know!) Thanks! Perpetualmoss (talk) 16:17, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
