Hello,

I am an agency partner of EyePoint and am disclosing a conflict of interest in accordance with Wikipedia’s COI guidelines.

I’d like to propose factual updates to the Leadership, Company Activities, and Clinical research sections to reflect recent developments at the company. The intent is to improve accuracy and keep the article current, using independent, reliable sources.

Proposed change (suggested wording):

Proposed additional section "Leadership and Company Activities" and proposed language -
1. In January 2026, EyePoint Pharmaceuticals changed its name to EyePoint, Inc., according to reporting by Tipranks.
2. As of 2026, EyePoint, Inc. is engaged in developing sustained-release therapeutics and treatments for patients with serious retinal diseases, which has been covered by independent reliable sources such as Bloomberg and Yahoo Finance. These sources describe the development focus as “developing and commercializing therapeutics to improve the lives of patients with serious retinal diseases.”
3. In July 2023, Jay S. Duker, M.D. was appointed as President & CEO of EyePoint. Duker joined EyePoint in 2016 as an independent member of the company’s board of directors and transitioned to part-time chief strategic scientific officer in 2020, followed by full-time chief operating officer in 2021, before becoming President and CEO, according to coverage by Healio OSN.
Proposed additional section "Clinical research" and proposed language -
1. EYP-1901 (DURAVYU) is being developed by EyePoint for the treatment of VEGF-mediated retinal diseases.
2. According to independent reporting by Ophthalmology Advisor, Clinical Trials Arena, and Ophthalmology Times, the company is conducting pivotal Phase 3 clinical trials of EYP-1901 for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). The trials are registered on ClinicalTrials.gov under identifier NCT06668064 for LUGANO and NCT06683742 for LUCIA.
3. According to coverage by Ophthalmology Times, the company is also conducting pivotal Phase 3 clinical trials of EYP-1901 for the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME).

Your edit request could not be implemented because the provided references are not formatted correctly.^[a] The citation style predominantly used by the EyePoint Pharmaceuticals article is Citation Style 1 (CS1). The citation style used in the edit request consists of bare URL's linked with titles.^[b] Any requested edit of yours which may be implemented will need to resemble the current style already in use in the article – in this case, CS1. (See WP:CITEVAR.)
