Needs summary of costs eg for ML-1 for SLS

- @Rod57: Working on it right now. I'm going to add a section to this article about ML-1 because, yeah, such as in that link you provided, this is sort of ridiculous. Somehow it still doesn't even comprise a majority of EGS's budget though. Yesterday I removed the puff piece wording from this article (a good portion of the article is still just a direct copy/paste from NASA's website & press releases, but at least it's better than before).
