Focus of article
[edit]It seems to me the article has undue weight on the sense of the concept in the US senate, whereas the concept has a broader, general sense, currently described in the second paragraph. I propose that the order be reversed, and the prominent US Senate infobox be removed (the term can still appear in the infobox as it standard in other articles on the US Senate, so that this one would still be discoverable through it). I changed the order of material. I agree, it was way to heavy on the Senate in the introduction. Trumblej1986 (talk) 22:28, 8 June 2019 (UTC)
