Notability is there; article needs cleanup
[edit]There is a sufficient claim of notability for the article to continue on: the New York Times verifies that she founded the first internet cafe. What the article needs is some heavy-duty copyediting, and there are some sections that need additional references. —C.Fred (talk) 19:03, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
