Neutrality of the article

I have an impression that the article was not written in accordance with the neutral point of view rules. In fact, there are not so many voices dissenting to the Code, the discussion is rather concentrated on its binding nature. There are no sources in the article. The above post is based on personal impression: but how can one state that "there are not so many voices dissenting to the code" when a large part of commentaries, from different viewpoints, harshly criticise the project itself and now the structure and content of the DCFR? a long review of articles and books dealing with this matter will likely be published on the Web Journal of Current Legal Issues next January: wait and read.
