There's not much to go off in English. I think, from searching the Chinese name, that there would be a fair amount of info available that way but I don't speak Chinese. Still IMO relevant on English wikipedia because it appears in so many lists of herbicides (they get kind of annoying when searching for obscure pesticides, because for some reason patents like to include a list of every herbicide they can think of, and if you try reading it, it's just impenetrable legalese about something herbicidy, and usually completely unrelated to whatever you're searching) RustyOldShip (talk) 13:15, 14 February 2026 (UTC)

Re: relevance issue

It shows up on a bunch of lists of herbicides, therefore it's notable. It does not warrant a long article, but a stub feels perfectly appropriate both (1) to explain what it is, for anybody wondering about it from said lists where it is widely recognised, and related to many herbicides which are more widely used, therefore, better to say it's a little-used herbicide than leave readers without a clue, and (2) for future herbicide RnD, as it does have herbicidal properties and that is of interest. Even the obsolete herbicide benzyolprop was re-commercialised in 2017 because of growing herbicide resistance and changing economic situations. RustyOldShip (talk) 13:47, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
