House of Representatives Membership Status

This article is primarily about Erroll B. Davis, Jr. He was not a member of the House of Representatives, but his father (Erroll B. Davis) was. The articles should either be split to reflect the existence of two different people, or if Erroll Davis Sr. is nonnotable, references to house membership should be removed. Thoughts?
