[edit]While I did not add the template, this page should really be kept. The external links that the creator provided work; the films exist, and A Note of Triumph: The Golden Age of Norman Corwin mentions Simonson as the director. Plus, Oscar! Mouse is back 18:07, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Musical
[edit]Simonson wrote the book for, and wrote additional lyrics for, the musical Run Bambi Run with music and lyrics by Gordon Gano (of the Violent Femmes). It premiered at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre in fall of 2023. The musical, based on the a true crime story of Larencia "Bambi" Bambenek, was listed as one of the top ten theater productions of the year by Chris Jones of the Chicago Tribune. ~2026-11558-79 (talk) 20:40, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
Creative Director, The Door Kinetic Arts Festival
[edit]In 2016, Simonson founded the Door Kinetic Arts Festival, an inter-disciplinary arts festival situated on the grounds of Lawrence University's Bjorklunden property in Bailey's Harbor, Wisconsin, The festival, which hosts artists from all mediums, incubates and presents projects from all across America every year, for one week in September. ~2026-11558-79 (talk) 20:45, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
