The German version of this article has more detail, including the number of species and type of habitat. I don't have time to independently check the cited resources right now.GM Pink Elephant (talk) 12:11, 21 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

I went over the German page, it focuses mainly on the two European species of Epomis. I wanted to make the genus page more general, so I added a species list and started separated pages for the two species. I will continue to add information from my own research (I published most of the known data about these beetles).Wizentrop (talk) 05:02, 4 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
