Vandalism cleanup

[edit]

There was recently an unsuccessful attempt to revert some vandalism in this article. Some paragraphs are still in the wrong order, and some text seems to be missing. How can we finish this task? Jarble (talk) 04:41, 30 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Merge proposal

consensus to merge ~ oklopfer (💬) 17:20, 8 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

The Economy of Egypt and the environment article does not, in my opinion, meet the threshold of notability required to justify a standalone entry. It is significantly overshadowed by the main Economy of Egypt article, as well as this one, while providing very little substantive depth to the niche topic it supposedly addresses. More importantly, its conceptual framing is ambiguous at best, is it addressing environmental pressures on economic performance, or economic activities impacting the environment? As it stands, the content would be far more effective if integrated into a dedicated section within this article, providing comprehensiveness while eliminating what is, in effect, a deadweight fork. Turnopoems, is this something you're still interested in? You're good to carry out the merge if you are. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 🛸 22:00, 20 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thebiguglyalien: Certainly, it's on my to-do list. I just need to find the time to go ahead with the merge. Turnopoems 𓋹 12:40, 21 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
