[edit]It seems that although the EU allows re-use, their statement does not include "derivatives allowed" - in fact some of the phrases used lean to the opposite - I raised this page with User:Moonriddengirl when I saw the speedy - the piece at User_talk:Moonriddengirl#EU_documents should be read.
